Right, well in the Nazi era German Shepherds were prized for being more wolf-like: "German Shepherds were coveted as "germanische Urhunde," [German primordial dogs] being close to the wolf,

NAZI propaganda and acculturation are a far cry from serious dog research.

Uh, how does having Dutch Shepherds make you an expert on German Shepherds?

Unlike you, I don't claim to be. What I was pointing out is that I have been serious about shepherd dog breeds in general for a long time, having (unlike you) read von Stephanitz 30 years ago, but then if you knew about working dogs in general, you would have surmised that from what I posted. Back then, there were less than 200 DSDs in the entire US and most of those were in drug interdiction or black ops.

So you are sure that the Nazis didn't recross German shepherds with wolves among their other science experiments?
