How come there are never any DEI supporting educators being gunned down? I mean metaphorically? They can EASILY be given their walking papers. If it is a case of retirement, promise them they’ll get it verbally, then do not deliver. Then layoff the person who forced them out with full retirement as long as they keep their mouth shut.
