Well I don’t know who invented it, but it was a move I was using and others were using back in 1974 to try and pin an opponent which by the way was illegal, anything near the spine, so we tried to keep it right below the neck which is where Derek Chauvin kept his knee. Firt time I saw that video I saw it was a wrestling move
