To: subterfuge

I spent an hour with Verizon Tech Coach today to try to figure this out. They’ve never failed to resolve an issue, but today it was a bust.

I wonder if something occurred at the FR I.T. office. Other sites aren’t doing that for me.

I’ve resorted to web surfing on my old BlackBerry Classic. It’s not great with graphics, but it’s fine for reading and typing.

If it is as “easy” as minnesota_bound stated in his post, I sure wish FR would correct this. I had been using Chrome mobile, and prefer it, but I am now on Firefox mobile, which isn’t as good.

Wow. That Verizon couldn’t fix it is weird. I just use my laptop now. Someday it will fix itself! Ha.
