Posted this on another thread that helped some people. I assume you are using Chrome as your browser.
Adjust Chrome’s accessibility settings
Open the Chrome browser and tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and tap Accessibility.
Adjust the Default zoom slider until the text in the preview is large enough for you to read comfortably.
If a specific site is still too small, you can often force it to zoom by turning on Force enable zoom.
Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture
On any web page, use two fingers to pinch out on the screen to zoom in, or pinch in to zoom out.
Adjust the system-wide font size
Swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.
Tap Font Size.
Use the slider to increase the font size for your entire device.
Thank you so much! I searched for your recent post and could not find it. Saving this in notes for future reference since this is the 2nd time I’ve had this happen.
I, like the others, just started experiencing this issue yesterday. Thanks for the pointers, but it did not resolve the issue. It is frustrating, because before, I could double tap the phone screen and it would zoom in and the text would re-flow/wrap to stay on the screen. I can pinch and zoom, but it has also stopped doing the re-flow/wrap.

This worked for me on my Android. I adjusted it to 175. The font is larger, and the text wraps as it’s supposed to.
Thank you! Now I have to change this on Hubby’s device.
I had to adjust 200%. Saved zoom for this site.
