Federal prosecutor David Raskin was expecting that the criminal case he had helped build against former president Donald Trump would be filed in Washington, D.C., when a colleague bumped into him with surprising news: Their boss, special counsel Jack Smith, had decided to bring the case in Florida.
“Are you all f---ing insane?” Raskin blurted out to his fellow prosecutor on that spring day in 2023, in a hallway at a Justice Department building in D.C.
Raskin, who had been investigating Trump for keeping dozens of classified documents at his Palm Beach golf club, was alarmed by what he saw as a huge gamble. In Florida, the case could wind up before U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon, a Trump-appointed jurist who had already temporarily blocked federal agents from reviewing sensitive records seized from Trump’s club during the investigation.

Indeed, they should have done it in DC, with all of their foreign-born, woke judges, Deep-State propaganda, 95% Democrat voters, and idiot/Federal worker jury pool.

The DimWITS were looking for evidence that Trump MAY HAVE HAD which would expose their criminality in Jan 6 scam, in the Russia Hoax, in Hillary's and Obama's selling Uranium to the Russians... The DimWITS were worried about being exposed, NOW the DimWITS can worry about PRISON for a long time because Trump's DOJ has all the documents they need to put them all in prison. I repeat, FOR A LONG TIME.
A few honest federal judges are saving our country and our right to vote for whom we choose.
They all should be disbarred.

A case that would absolutely been tossed by the SCOTUS later, and they knew it. It was political, from the incumbent POTUS, to cripple his opponent. Election interference on an industrial scale. The worst part, the real point of BiDen reclassifying documents was to hide his and Biden criminal activity. It’s a disgrace, from top to bottom, that this whole affair hasn’t been made into a miniseries called “Obama and Biden, the last American Kings”
