I'd personally think immigration reform is slightly more important, but understand if that's not as critical to some others.What, and how, in your opinion, does it need to be reformed?

enforcement would have been a more appropriate term to use on my part.
having said that, we have numerous 'legal' programs (H-1B, OPT, F1) that allow workers from all over the world to come here and TAKE jobs from qualified American citizens at a lower rate of pay...these need to be terminated as well
so in that sense, there is some degree of reform needed.
