A lot of it stems from the FACT that Indian managers only hire other Indians.
I’ll grant this as a possibility, if I were hiring people to run a 7-11; if I wanted to hire someone in a high tech business, in order to remain competitive, I’d pick the most qualified candidate who can best do the job, at a salary I can afford. No consideration here based on race, creed, or color; but, maybe this is just me.
