That’s really possible with the perpetual energy concept. Just take the batteries the solar panels charged and power high intensity lights onto the solar panels at night. The solar panels will keep charging the batteries and the cycle keeps on going.
It’s a lot like storing house current in an extension cord. Quickly unplug the cord from the outlet and then plug it back into the other end of the cord. I learned this trick from AOC.
