For me, the entertainment value in this commercial was off the charts.
Full Disclosure: In the weeks after the Gillette Toxic Masculinity Campaign, I was casting about for someone else to buy razors from. I considered Harry's Razors, but saw some things that made me think they weren't any better than Gillette.
I had been using Gillette products for decades and wrote a letter to the CEO of Gillette, I was that fully disenchanted with the company.
When I saw this commercial, I did't care that it may have been 100% marketing. I thought "Any company that makes a commercial like this deserves my business."
And I think it is a better razor than Gillette's.
