Are you maybe jogging too much? Limiting your daily jogs to just 5-6 miles instead of 10-12 miles might help.
And once you hit your 40s, you may find that your height stabilizes.
You didn't mention your age, so...
Regards,
No, I am not jogging except perhaps to the corner to catch a bus. My KP doctor asked, what exercise I am doing at age 87. Last year I explained that I live in a 4 story house with 9 and 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen and laundry are in the basement, my partner’s private room is on the 3rd floor, mine is on the 2nd floor where the bathroom is located. Main floor and entrance is the first floor. I make a number of trips between floors during the day, often from the kitchen to the 3rd floor with food or laundry. This and a 3 block wal once or twice a week to another property where I make minor repairs, is most of my exercise, except for a 175 mile round trip to a beach property once a month to supervise work by repair men for about a week. I’m sure it has to be the additional supplements I started using 4 years ago, because my activity level has not changed much in this period. I don’t think I am overdoing exercise, just keeping busy, too busy?
Good to hear from you. I currently spend most of my time at the Attack On Europe megathread.
Jogging took an inch off my height.
