I’ve been on it for years, the first one was called enada. You have to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
I think NAD is one of the few supplements I have encountered that I am not taking regularly. I am already taking thyroid meds on an empty stomach in the morning. Would it be a problem to mix the two?
Four years ago my doctor said I would need cataract surgery soon. Instead I found 6 supplements I was NOT already taking. Since taking them, my eyes are 75% better with regard to cataract symptoms. I had shrunk from 5’5” to 5’3” which was my height for at least 7 or 8 years. Then 3 years ago I measure at 5’4 inches which I thought was a mistake by Kaiser Permanente, but again last January I was still 5’4”. So I look forward to results this December at my annual physical. While researching cancer for several people I found that one of the new supplements I was taking, Astaxanthin, was reported to cause cancer cells to have a shorter life span and normal cells to live longer. Don’t know if that has made a difference, or if it was a combination of the new supplements. I think my kidney GFR filtering score was also higher, so will be looking at that in December also.
