These will be invaluable to invasive squads taking out C&C centers or radar trucks. Not armor. Just drop a squad in, creep into range and fire. No risk to airplanes.

Radars can switch on for a few seconds, hide for a few minutes, ad infinitum.
Radars don’t have to be operated continuously. If the range is 50 miles and the enemy flies at 1500mph, then the cycle time is slightly less than two minutes.
There can be one active truck, N used trucks, and a position switching tunnel.
