When I see things like this in our society, I do indeed often think of that exact quote from his “Finest Hours” Speech.
Even worse, if I were told that there was indeed an academic organization working on this exact thing and did intend to put it into practice, I wouldn’t even bat an eye.
And that bothers me.
I would posit needed legislation to codify the removal of all persons from the gene pool who promote & support this concept at the government level.
