In the schools in my parish no one but the parent who has custody (if parents have divorced).

That has been in place since the 80's.

Some people are stupid and should not have a job at a school. "Life is hard but it's even harder if you're stupid" lol Senator Kennedy.

I just realized after writing that who I sounded like. It's because we don't live that far apart :D
