Indians apart, most Americans are from somewhere else and can get residency from multiple ancestral lands. Jews were locked out as as 90+% in the German realm (Germany + allies + conquered lands) were killed, and the lucky remainder slowly being starved to death in labor camps when the Germans finally surrendered. There’s a bad predicate to your question. AIPAC does not receive any foreign funding, from nations or individuals. Like it or not, it’s Americans who fund AIPAC. You just disagree with how those Americans spend their money.

But yes there are plenty of foreign lobby groups, some with budgets larger than AIPAC, notably Saudi Arabia. Just from memory:

Israel’s major interest is in the survival of the state. The US interest in Israel is as an outpost against the eternal Muslim enemy. The overlap in interests is near total. The only good Muslim is either a dead one or an apostate. Anti-Israel individuals simply hate Jews at some level, whether conscious or unconscious.

This completely ignores the theory that America is only enemies with Muslims because we are allies with Israel. Muslims in general might not have any beef with the US if we weren't propping up their mortal enemy.
