Golden Corral is still around? The ones near me ALL closed which is a painful subject. Back when it was till around pre-COVID, I used to get TREMENDOUS DISCOUNTS there. One reason was because I had electronic gift cards I was able to purchase for about a 50% discount. Then I would show up at Golden Corral about 10 minutes before they switched to serving dinner so I was able to pay the lunch rate. Bottom line after paying the lunch rate plus using the electronic gift cards, the dinners only cost me about $5. And now that deal, along with Golden Corral, is Gone With The Wind.
