Cowboys running back Miles Sanders will miss the rest of the 2025 season due to knee and ankle injuries.
Though he was not a featured part of the offense, Sanders recorded 20 carries for 117 yards while catching all eight of his targets across his eight appearances.

This guy Sanders was better than average. Who wants to spend months in a leg cast? For a million bucks most of us could live with it but the next man up mentality makes a game a meat grinder while the owners enjoy their wine and quiche from their perch above the field.
Will there be a reckoning? Some day perhaps. In the meantime I’m watching Alabama/Missouri.
Perhaps the successful teams will be the ones that have the best bench players making minimum wage.

Watching THE Ohio State and Illinois here, son went to Ill. for grad school but they don't have a chance. My own closest-thing-to-an-alma-mater, PSU, is an unbearable dud. At least I don't live for football, just relax with it.
