Lottery tickets each have a unique bar code....once they were stole I’m sure the store reported it and as Red Badger stated in post 3 theyvwere canceled, thereby rendering them unredeamable.

I’m sure the lottery foresaw this scenario happening long ago, and also as Red Badger states, this isn’t the first time.
