If you move to Tennessee, you’ll have to put up with having to mow the lawn starting February.

*shudder.

And the leaves slowly begin falling in the usual August drought, finishing the drop in late April. I did away with all my deciduous trees, replacing them with honest trees. I also don't do the lawn thing. All perennial gardens, walkways, swimming pool, (Don't come to Tennessee and fail to build an in ground pool), and shade gardens.

It's a gardeners Mecca. I have Banana trees, lime trees, fish pond fountains(to remove mosquitoes from the area naturally), Sweet Bays, Fuku Persimmons, and pear trees. The yields on the pear trees are mind boggling. Too hot for apples, cherries, grapes, rhubarb, horseradish, asparagus, and potatoes. Sweet potatoes will grow as big as basketballs.

I'm good with that! I hate the cold weather, I'd rather mow the acre I bought than shovel snow!
