Hadn't heard of him.. just did a search and reddit says he is a legend (for chases)..

"This officer needs an award named after him. Don't think of running from him. He WILL catch you. He is a legend and an excellent officer. I would be honored to meet him in person. I can't speak highly enough about him."

Just search police chases on youtube. There is also a James Byrd in the ASP, who’s also good.
