Don’t even get me started about an hour of my life wasted this morning dealing with Customer Service at Choice Hotels (Quality Inn). EVERY rep was Indian, and I truly believe they’re trained to actively create an adversarial relationship with potential guests. Nasty pieces of work. Plus you can’t understand a word they’re saying.
I hope you know the H-1B visa is about high end white collar mostly 6 figure STEM jobs . This has nothing to do with ghetto phone support.
