Pretty sure Paul doesn’t actually care - he’s just got to play both sides of the fence.
I’m pretty sure that he can find out all he really wants to know about the situation without trumpeting and grandstanding to the press.

It does cause one to wonder what purpose that serves. I'm not comfortable with a government capable of wielding that kind of surveillance when the real problem with the smuggling of these drugs is the size of the customer base.
