They shoot each other and Whites over the slightest provocation (or no provocation).
Best to steer a wide birth around them and treat them as you would a deadly, coiled, hissing rattlesnake. It may save your life.
There seem to be a lot of them wandering aimlessly on the streets of my city, although census reports them as less than 2% of the population. This is why I walk with a large dog and why some of my neighbors carry bear spray.
