I’ve said for years that democrats are intellectually lazy because they have been allowed to be. No one in the press ever pushes them. They accept whatever they say as gospel. Conservatives on the other hand have to be ready to defend every statement. Over time it weakens or strengths your ability to think critically and debate rationally. We are seeing the end product of the coddling now when you listen to any progressive try and make an argument.
