That's the second such incident involving a 787....and both were with Air India. The earlier one involved that ugly crash a few months ago. Long story short: the plane that crashed was described as being very poorly maintained and I think we can assume the same is true with this one.

I've never flown Air India but I have *been* to India and to call it "Third World" is to give those words a whole new meaning.
