As new positions come along the managerial field is full of Sorority Hires - power mad white women who play favorites, in black glasses who could well be witches, from their appearance. Yes, there a few Indian women scattered among them in managerial or team lead roles.
As they burn out and downsize one group or team after another, they advance to the next round of destroying the company from within.
Teams are full of Indians, lower on the totem white women, and white men who do the heavy lifting.
Now AI is threatening, as wages sink lower and lower.
The corporate tech space is crowded with foreigners. LOTS from India, thanks to the Chamber of Commerce H1B scam.
For the most part the Indians are incompetent, arrogant, ignorant, and unpleasant. They lie. VERY few, count on one hand very few, are nice or appreciative.
They do things the Mumbai School of Low Expectations and Low Wage Technical H1B Factory way, without deviating and getting insulted when you suggest they could be wrong. Once you fix their work they put it back to the way they did it. And no one tells them the truth.
We have witnessed Americans having to clean up almost every aspect of their shoddy and sh!tty work.
