Should have just called it Charlie and if questioned say its in honour of any other Charlie and then added Kirk when at home.

I can’t believe she still paid for the bear. It would have been left sitting at the checkout lane if it had been me. And it never said whether she eventually got the birth certificate with Charlie’s name on it. And finally, retraining wouldn’t have been enough. I would have expected the bear to be free, and the employee fired. That how you retrain people. Someone’s head rolls and other take notice.
