Woman arrested for sexual battery, assault on flight out of Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY — A woman was taken into custody and arrested after she allegedly sexually assaulted a Delta employee on a flight out of Salt Lake City International Airport.

Cody Sierra Marie Bryne, 31, faces numerous charges, including Sexual Battery, Assault and Public Intoxication.

Bryne was boarding a flight from Salt Lake City to Portland on Wednesday when she refused to move from the aisle of the airplane after being directed to do so multiple times. When Bryne did move, she allegedly pushed a Delta employee into a seat with her shoulder.

Following the incident, the pilot of the Delta flight immediately ordered Bryne to be removed from the plane.

As Bryne was being escorted off the plane, she attempted to run into a secured area of the airport. While being stopped by employees, Bryne is accused of grabbing the neck of one employee and pushing their head towards the ground and pulling their hair.

After Bryne released her grip on the employee, she allegedly walked back up and grabbed the woman's breast with her hand. "The employee stated [Bryne] squeezed and twisted her breast while saying, "if I ever find you alone b____," court documents show.

Bryne let go of the Delta employee and ran towards the airport exit. She was attempting to book a flight with another airline when she was located by officers who attempted to place her under arrest. Bryne resisted being taken into custody and tried to pull away from the officer, leading to the need for two officers to put her in handcuffs.

I believe Freedom_Is_Not_Free is correct and the definition from byu.edu is inadequate. And if that definition is included in law, it’s bad law and should be changed.

Aside from what I consider the injustice of the matter, I admit to an ulterior motive: If I get into an altercation with some guy I want, if necessary, to be able to grab him by the nuts and twist without risking a charge of sexual battery and the accompanying inference that I’m some sort of pervert.

My family and I had one run us off the road one time. Just as we were getting off the offramp a car zipped around me to beat me to the offramp and forced me to lock up my brakes and aim for the shoulder. I told my wife that it looked like a woman driving.

We got up to the truckstop and they were there. It was a Dike dressed like a man trying to grow a mustache about 40 years old with a harem of three underage girls. Walking like a Dude and staring men down as a threat as “he” went by. My wife would not let me engage this mentally unhinged animal because we had the kids with us.

It was showing off to those girls what a brave man it was.

My late sister was a lesbian. She was the member of a Lesbian cartel and gang. Which I found out after she passed and I had to deal with her affairs. I have stories... We are talking about underage trafficking, drug dealing, drive by shootings and all. They are absolutely unhinged extremely dangerous mental cases.

A my sister was a prominent citizen of the community and business owner, chamber of commerce member, and city counsel member. They hide in plain sight and have political power. Which makes them even more dangerous with that underlying mental illness and dark side.

Cleaning up her mess and having to deal with that cartel was insane. We were lucky to live through it. They have no conscience, reserve, or inhibitions. They will kill you in a heartbeat and then cry discrimination and that THEY were the victim. And all their girlfriends will back them up as witnesses even if they were not there.
