Inverted quotas are still quotas and are racist in design and effect. You have just betrayed your "anti-globalism" to be but a thinly disguised racism.
Discriminating against Indians because of their race is, simply, racism. That you refuse to apply a test of merit as qualification for the job, rather than race as the disqualifying characteristic, betrays you for what you are.
