Once any H1B visas are issued, they may not be issued, or denied, on the basis of race. National interest, indeed national survival, depends on making these determinations on the basis of merit.
If one objects to all H1 B visas, that in itself is not racist, but it certainly is stupid. As I said in another post, if you eliminate Indians and Jews from Silicon Valley, you might as well grow turnips there. Restrict visas according to merit, not race.
We don't need every swinging dick, but we certainly do need every fine-tuned brain if we are to survive the impending struggle with China.
