Why are we so worried about Americans that don’t have sufficient self discipline to avoid drugs that they know may kill them?

Because Jesus told us we should.

I’m a Christian. I do church and
weekly bible studies.
other than Liberal Pastors,
I don’t recall that we need to accept
Sinners, without making sure we
are in a position to help.
I can’t help a junkie that is robbing me.
I have to be safe first, then I can help.

The Jesus I learned about did not accept
sinners that did not try or asked to redeem themselves.
