Uk authorities arw claiming that it wasnt a bomb, but a tactical vest “at this point”. Will the cops be arrested?
Seem they are making up a story to give to the press. There are close up photos of whatmight be the suspect, and no, what was ha ging from his beltline was not a vest... if those are thw photos of the suspect.
Doubt it but then again you never know
