Researcher Dian Fossey’s killer(s) are believed to have been connected to a network of poachers operating in the part of Rwanda where she was staying in a cabin in the national park-she was known to be working with authorities to get poaching of gorillas and other wildlife stopped and poachers jailed. I don’t see any mention to a “them”-whomever that is supposed to be a thinly veiled reference to-poachers come from all groups-even in Rwanda...

Just as a side remark-in rural Texas, poaching is a serious crime-you will go to prison-and poachers get shot by landowners fairly often, as well as by game wardens/LEOs if they try to run when caught. They have a very short career, unlike in 3d world countries where they fuel the local economy and cops take bribes. Poaching-like drugs-is big illegal business in several S and Central American countries-not many THEM/yogis there, either...
