I’m not sure what he means by “bypassing the obnoxious and destructive minimum wage and union junk”. They have to get paid minimum wage. And IT workers aren’t in unions. The H-1B workers can’t break any unions if they are in IT.
If H-1B holders are in a unionized job, then they would be in the union as well, unless it’s a right to work state, where they have the option of joining, just like anyone else. I think very few of them are in unionized jobs. Certainly not in IT.

There are several like him that post on FR, defending foreigners brought over here strictly to lower our wages and take our jobs.
Screw us Americans and our wanting to be paid. Let’s just import low cost foreigners. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
