I hope the shutdown lasts until the mid terms. That would be fun.

I want to see what group of professional leeches gets the axe first.

My computer was supposed to quit working because of Y2K. Yet on Jan 1 that year it was working just fine.
That's what the govt "shutdown" is like.

Itโll last until the first batch of pink slips goes out. Chuckie thinks he can bluff his way out of it.

From the USDA’s website...
https://www.usda.gov/
“This government website will not be updated during a funding lapse. Information may not be up-to-date, transactions submitted via this website may not be processed and inquiries may not be responded to until appropriations are enacted.”
Fine.
Abolish it.
Let the states do the job.

Boggles my mind that the RATS let it happen and didn’t fight the narrative. They knew Trump will axe the fed employees and their Union is the RAT foot soldiers. There is SO MUCH more to the story that we are not getting.

So now gov employees can sit around and vape, play video games and look at porn. Just like yesterday!

The “Leaders”, whoever they are, have been playing this control game for at least 20 years. The idea is to scare the people and make them believe that the government is all they have and if they lose it, they will die. So, the best thing that can happen is to wait until the Democrats come pounding the table to open the government up again and don’t let them bring ‘demands’.

“Portions of the Department of Transportation are currently in shutdown/furlough status due to a lapse in appropriations. Please continue to monitor this page for updates on DOTโs operating status.”
Fine.
Abolish it.
Send the responsibility back to the states.
Congress can write checks when needed.

I just read an email from the EBT processor that they would not be processing due of the shutdown...because somehow they must have to turn off all the computers and banks that probably do this off-shore with Worldbank or FIS. Tell us who you side with without telling us ๐
BTW, it's totally worth it if the pubs stick to their guns!

Democrats don't care.
Chuck Schumer is still getting paid.
Jerry Nadler is still eating juicy, boneless baby fingers and toes. With BbQ sauce.

You are brave. I don’t dare leave the bunker.
To: FlingWingFlyer
We don’t need most of it.
Send the responsibilities back to the states.
Let them come to Congress for money.
