Well, I remember my Alma Mater GA Southern playing a historically black college, and the racist crap I heard from the stands made me sick to my stomach.

Another time, we played a team from Idaho, and the idiots in the stands were throwing potatoes at the players.

But that college was in the north, where potatoes are not grown

Western Colorado has a lot of Mormons. Western Colorado has a lot of conservatives, too. Don’t lump that part of the state in with the cess pool strip city that runs along the Front Range.
