JUST IN: Independent journalist Nick Sortor was contacted by Attorney General Pam Bondi after his release from a Portland jail.

Bondi confirmed that she has ordered a full investigation, led by Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, into the Portland Police Department regarding his wrongful arrest.

Sortor wrote on 𝕏: “You thought arresting me would make me shut up and go away. You couldn’t have been more wrong.”
