Ha! “No pay, no play”. I saw a few other “No Kings” groups on X and they were all old and feeble. But I didn’t look around extensively.

I saw some photos of the “No Kings” protest in the better half’s old hometown here in Iowa. Mostly overweight middle-aged and elderly women, a few college-age males (nominally) that probably get picked on a lot, some older guys who looked kind of awkward, and a lot of really, really poor signage. I think they would have all fit in one school bus and had room left over.

Maybe these old protesters are less radical hippie and more Social Security recipients who need the money. That is sarcasm but seniors could have more if our government valued them more and sent less to foreign countries.

Your description is almost identical to my neighbor's description of the "No Kings" rally here in Saint Marys. He said there was, at best, about 40 people.

He did say that there was about a dozen people in a Pro-ICE group there as well.
