The root cause..... that right there has been one of my primary pet peeves of the medical profession for decades. They want to treat the symptoms but are not overly concerned with the cause. Makes absolutely no sense.
As someone who has diagnosed many a vehicle, I wouldn’t have much of a customer base if I “fixed” a brake system issue when the root cause was a fuel system issue.
And for you knuckleheads out there.... I fully understand these are two different systems.... electronic/mechanical versus biological. So I ask.... if the human genome has truly been fully mapped then why are we still stuck in a mid-20th century mindset.
Only one answer that makes any sense..... $$$$$$$.

As a quality/regulatory professional for the past 25+ years it is beyond me how they can’t do a simple 5 whys or other type of analysis when diagnosing someone...so I’ve had to do it with the docs myself until they basically throw up their hands and tell me no one knows on a lot of stuff.
Course one reason they call it ‘practicing’ medicine is that every single person’s body is different in some ways. Knew someone who had their heart on the right instead of the left side of their chest. No issues, but it freaked the doctors out everytime they had to find someone new.

Originally Our Lady of VICTORY, but later changed to Our Lady of the Rosary. I guess the word “Victory” was too politically incorrect as it emphasized the victory of Christians over Muslims at the Battle of Lepanto!
