Why don’t they declare the Planned Parenthood buildings and parking lots “sanctuary abortion women’s health centers” like the cities where illegals wanted for 35 crimes can relax as authorities won’t turn them in?

Abortions which are considered an elective surgery are not covered by health insurers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield.
In no way should Medicaid pay for elective surgeries either.
This would also apply to sex (ikr) changes which are elective as well.
