Thanks for posting. I love research and articles like this.
Many secular “scientists” claiming that fruits are bad for you. I just find it difficult to believe that God would create these fruits, and have them be bad for you.

We had mango and strawberries as a fruit side to an omelet for breakfast today. Yummy! (Yes, I made breakfast at home. We don’t eat out very often, especially breakfast.) There’s another mango ripening on the counter, too!

When I was growing up, we had a mango tree in the yard. I would eat and slurp them while sitting naked in the bathtub. Then I’d shower off.
