The largest impact of zero emissions in the history of NYS was made by Nicholas Tesla and George Westinghouse when they built what is now called the Robert Moses Power Project at Niagara Falls, NY.
This hydroelectric facility is still one of the largest producers of electricity in the northeast.

The next best decision was to buy power from Quebec. Where the dams on the St Lawrence River produce more electricity than Canada will ever need in the next few hundred years.
