It’s funny how preterists will, nevertheless, disclaim dispensationalism as invalid while defining dispensationalism as their entire theology.
That
And how they never miss an opportunity to mock those who actually understand the bible.
This is the 2nd thread today on this subject, and the day isn’t over yet .
No one who understands the Bible will predict a date for the rapture ..
Ah, but I hear Archangel Scotty is having some issues with the transporter. Everyone, hang in there... 😌
No, just have Jesus in your heart. There are a lot of nay-sayers who will be surprised while were all going up to meet Jesus in the clouds and onto Heaven. Doubt anyone will object, however.
BTW although the word "rapture" isn't in the Bible, the scriptural basis for the great "catching up" of the church is 1 Thessalonians 4:17. Read and re-read 1 & 2 Thessalonians and ask the Holy Spirit for insight as we enter into the end times.
Is that what gave you a nervous tick? (joking)...God is going to do what God is going to do, regardless of Tick Tok, Hal Lindsey, J.R. Church or anyone else who claims to know it all. Why not prepare yourself at all times, in the best ways you can, regardless of when your time is called?
Ye know not the day nor the hour.
1 Thessalonians 4:17.
Maybe it did happen for the few who actually met the requirements. /s
I never took them seriously because the concept is NOT Biblical.
Believers need to KNOW the power they have because of the Holy Spirit. If they do, they won’t be so quick to desire a quick exit. That feeling stems from not feeling strong and capable.
When you know that you know what God has given you, you can do anything. And are called to do it; not run from it. This battle belongs to those of us that believe and we are warriors called into battle. Don’t be afraid
The Feast of Trumpets has historically been called the feast no one knows the day or hour./
It’s the only feast with that feature.
The sight, and declaration by a rabbi , of the full moon starts the feast
So it could happen .
Not saying it will
But it could
.
“”I thought it was going to be preempted?””
That’s the rumor. But it’s showing up on TV Guide and on the Direct TV guide for tonight as being “on”. We’ll see. More people will be tuning in to see if his show is actually gone than they ever would or did when it ‘was’ on.
Matthew 24:36.
The Father is the only one that knows. Very curious but it’s in God’s Word.
I noticed insane leftists seem to think this.
Weird.
Why they think this, I don’t know.
They are obsessed with things like this
You do understand that “the thief in the night” is your own death, don’t you? You practice your Faith continuously because each individual has no idea when they will die.
The Millerites are at it again!
I’ll believe it when Daffy Duck says so - til then:
Flash is fast, Flash is cool
François c’est pas, flashé no deux
Oh this is funny!
For the first eighteen hundred years of church history, no one believed in the rapture; it is relatively modern phenomena that is, in fact, unique and restricted to a few protestant denominations
2 Timothy 4:3
For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold. Things pleasing not having to face the tribulation. False teaching that pleases them.
