Probably not. I might stand corrected, but to my knowledge, they have never overflown US territory, or coastal airspace.
We have conservatively overflown theirs at least 10k times since 1950. And it’s a cornucopia, high flying U-2s, British Canberras deep from Germany into the Saratov region, B-47 bombers over the pole. Over Vladivostok, C-47 cargo planes dropping Bandera organization saboteurs into Ukraine in the 1950s for the Ghelen Organization. You name it, we have done it.
Can anyone imagine a Soviet bomber flying along over Denver, or crossing the Nevada test site? So I doubt Putin will send any planes to overfly America, they never have before. Even as the Soviets.
