The proper name for all that is cosmetic surgery and changes no XX to XY. I’ll let your imagination Figure out the mechanics of the “procedure” but back when I was stationed at Ft. Hood, TX, it was pretty gruesome in the article I read out of Colorado. Ouch!!!
Mind you, that was in ‘81, some 44 yrs ago and VERY expensive.
I can’t understand why anyone would want to surgically alter their genitalia. Sounds perfectly awful.
These people are cross-dressers. That’s all. They can’t change their DNA. It’s as simple as that.
