I’m no fan of FDR (a damned Democrat)... so any comparison, vague or otherwise, of him to Netanyahu is offensive to me.
Discernment of evil shouldn’t be that difficult to those that have discernment. The Pearl Harbor attack was an attack on a military target by an enemy nation. October 7 was a genocidal slaughter of innocents, including infants. Anyone accusing Netanyahu of prior knowledge and/or sanction of that is, themselves, “diabolical” in my book of logic and faith.
