As the transgender debacle spirals into greater chaos in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, the time is ripe to openly discuss its absurdity before more children are inculcated into this dangerous delusion. Simple logic debunks the preposterous idea that a person can transmute his biological sex, that doctors and parents “assign” a sex in mysterious ignorance of what the infant truly is, or that men should be allowed to play dress-up in women’s sports.
The Mayo Clinic discredits itself by legitimizing gender dysphoria as “a feeling of distress that can happen when a person’s gender identity differs from the sex assigned at birth.” Queer theory is a cultural Marxist confabulation designed to confuse and deconstruct. The postmodern disconnect from reality evidenced by the Mayo Clinic’s ridiculous effort is exhibited by the ideologically condemned notion that a person can be born in the wrong race. Under trans dogma, chromosomes and genitalia do not determine gender; thoughts do. Why is race not “assigned”? It is, after all, less immutable than biological sex.
Meanwhile, species dysphoria consists of “being an animal or other creature ‘trapped in’ a human body.” This, we are told, is psychologically distinct from lycanthropy, “in which the patient believes they [sic] have actually been transformed into an animal or have the ability to physically shapeshift.” Few people indulge this obvious mental health issue as a reason to “affirm” a person’s species identity. How is it that a person’s genetic identity as Homo sapiens differs from his genetic gender identity?
This is not to say such mental health conditions do not exist — it is to say that people who genuinely experience them suffer from mental illness that must be treated to help them conform to reality, rather than compel society to alter reality.

Obviously, it results from an injury to the reproductive system, which prevents its healthy functioning.
An injury to any physiological system results in dysfunction, disorder, and/or disease, i.e. a reaction to injury.
To designate gender dysphoria as anything else is as absurd as it would be to designate similarly an injury to any other system, e.g. the cardiovascular system, designating congestive heart failure no longer a disorder or disease, or the excretory system, designation renal failure no longer a disorder or disease.
People suffering from a mental disorder or disease should be regarded with respect and compassion just like people suffering from any other disorder or disease. Many are perfectly happy with the dysfunction, just as many people are perfectly happy with a compensated anemia or birth defect. If so, it's not a problem and requires no treatment.
However gender dysphoria must be recognized as a disorder and/or disease of the reproductive system, and its transmission to others, especially children, who are particularly vulnerable to its transmission, must not be allowed and certainly not encouraged. This is why gender dysphoria must be recognized as dysfunction, disorder, and/or disease and not as healthy or merely a variation of normal.

Extending your useful hypothetical:
What if social media contacts, teachers, organizations, schoolmates, et al., deluged the thin girl with the message that she was obese, and only with surgery and appetite suppressants could she be socially accepted?
Would those people be criminals engaging in child abuse with potential for gross bodily harm?
It’s not just Mayo. The Cleveland Clinic, John’s Hopkins, Healthline.com, and many others all use the acronym AAB assigned at birth when discussing medical issues confined to one sex or another, i.e. prostate cancer, or ovarian cancer.
It’s demonic possession.

Make the experts explain what the difference in terms of mental stability is between a Karen Carpenter (Yeah, I’m showing my age. Gender Dysphoria is a mental disorder known for decades. The Pharmaceutical/Medical/Insurance cartel has grifted it into a multi-billion dollar business with usual big business tentacles into government via ObamaCare.
Years ago I read that the left can best be understood as a metaphor for rape in that they force themselves on others.
