They’ve been talking about RICO the last couple days. He chirping because they might catch him.
Throw that sucka into shark-filled waters from 30,000 feet. Drop his pal Fauci as well, for good measure. They caused the death of millions of people, for which they’ll never be held responsible.
President Barack Obama and other officials plotted a “coup” against Trump. These claims, often repeating debunked conspiracy theories, have been repeatedly dismissed by Obama and other officials involved.
The claims revolve around the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation, which looked into Russian interference in the 2016 election and potential links to the Trump campaign.
Investigations into the FBI’s Russia probe
Mueller Investigation (2017–2019): Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe concluded that Russia interfered in the election to help Trump. While it did not establish a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, it detailed numerous contacts and instances where the campaign expected to benefit from Russian hacking efforts. Mueller’s team did not exonerate Trump on obstruction of justice, but it did not charge him with a crime due to a Department of Justice policy against indicting a sitting president.
DOJ Inspector General Report (2019): The Justice Department’s inspector general, Michael Horowitz, found that the FBI’s investigation was opened for an authorized purpose and was not influenced by political bias. However, the report did identify significant inaccuracies and omissions in the FBI’s applications to surveil former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
Durham Investigation (2019–2023): Appointed by former Attorney General William Barr, Special Counsel John Durham was tasked with investigating the origins of the Russia probe.
Findings: Durham’s 2023 report criticized the FBI for moving too quickly and relying on unverified intelligence, suggesting that bias played a role for some personnel.
Result: The investigation did not result in major convictions. One FBI lawyer pleaded guilty to altering an email in relation to the Carter Page surveillance, but two other prosecutions brought by Durham ended in acquittals. The report did not validate the claims of an orchestrated coup or conspiracy.
Following Trump’s return to the presidency in 2025, his Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, released documents alleging a “treasonous conspiracy” by the Obama administration. Gabbard accused officials of manufacturing and politicizing intelligence in 2016 to undermine Trump, releasing documents that she claimed proved a years-long coup.
Critics, including Democrats and some news outlets, have described these accusations as a politically motivated effort to attack political opponents.
Reaction from Obama’s Office: A spokesperson for Obama called the allegations “outrageous,” “bizarre,” and “a weak attempt at distraction”.
