Yes, she was. She couldn’t accept the due process already afforded to Georg Zimmerman ie the police saw no cause to charge him and the local DA could find no cause to charge him but she inserted herself into it and force the DA to charge him.
In a very highly charged case, one that even the President weighed in against G. Zimmerman, a jury of his peers found him not guilty.
The White Hispanic hung in there, and was rightly acquitted.
